1. Wellness
How is your wellness as a human being on this earth? How do you take care of your body? The following questions will be about your self care routines for your body, spirituality and mindfulness.
How do you currently take care of your body overall? e.g. do you have a self care routine like enough movement, eating regularly, water intake and sleep?
How often do you feel exhausted? 5 = very energized, 1 = constant fatigue?
How do you currently take care of your mind? 5 = very positive thoughts and 1 = very negative about yourself?
How do you currently take care of your spiritual health? e.g. Do you pray? Meditate? Or do any form of calming exercises to lift your spirits and calm your heart?
How do you currently take care of your nutrition? 5= balanced meals & water, 1 = unhealthy meals?
How do you currently sleep? 5 = energized and rested, 1 = exhausted
It is easy for you to recharge after a long or stressful day. 5= very easy, 1 = difficult to recharge
2. Career
So what about your welldoing? How are you managing your productivity these days? The key word is “how”. How you manage your productivity will determine the quality of the results. The following questions will discuss project management, planning, deadlines, evaluating, self-preservation and agenda hygiene.
How do you manage different projects so far? 5= very well managed, 1 = very chaotic
How do you reflect, rest and evaluate on your (life) projects? 5 = enough rest & reflection, 1 = very little reflection and rest
How do you deal with deadlines? 5=easy to meet deadlines, 1= difficult to meet deadlines
How are your planning and agenda setting skills? 5= very organized and 1 = chaotic
Do you manage the amount of (zoom)meetings and emails? 5 = well managed and 1 = overwhelmed
Are you currently building a career for yourself or for others? 5=you chose your dream, 1=you are living other person's dreams
3. Financial Wellness
Financial wellness is all about your relationship with your finances. The following questions will be about your money mindset, income/spendings, financial stability and profit.
What is your relationship with money? Is it healthy? e.g. are your thoughts about money 5=positive or 1=negative?
How do you currently take care of your finances? e.g. Is there a system? Are you aware of how much money is coming in and out on a weekly basis? And do you feel like you are in control of your money?
How do you currently generate money with your talents/skills? e.g. Think about things that come easier to you or people ask you to help them with.
How financially stable are you? Can you survive for the upcoming 3 months based on your funds? 5= prepared for the future, 1= living day by day
Does your business (earnings & profits) sustain you and support you financially? 5= enjoy profits for yourself, 1= only sustains your bills?
Do you take care of more people than yourself financially? 5= financially independent, 1 = financially dependent
How do you plan for your future, financially? 5=investments/savings, 1=no plan
4. Balanced Leadership
Balanced leadership is about your ability to take responsibility for your life. Everybody has the right to flourish in life but do you also take the necessary steps for self-actualization & self-recovery? The following questions will be about your personal values, self Leadership, community, decision making and standards.
How strong are your personal values? E.g. do you take action to protect them?
How often do you express your most authentic self? 5= you feel free to be who you want to be despite judgement, 1= You experience a lot of blocks
How do you take responsibility & accountability for your life choices? 5= You take full control, 1= life just happens for you
How do you manage your standards so far in your behavior and habits with others (family settings, friends, colleagues and strangers)?
Do you think your actions match your words?
How well are you at guarding a safe space for yourself? E.g. do you have a lot of places, people, moments where you feel safe to assert boundaries. 5= very safe, 1=no safety
How do you prevent burnouts and toxic hustle culture in your work life? 5=wellbeing, 1=burned out
